About Property.

The home stay is located in the home premises of Late Shri Hira Singh Dharmshaktu, who served as founding Principal of Intermediate College (Senior Secondary School) Karkinagar. The school was started in late 1960 as a secondary school to facilitate educating children of this region who had no means of getting education in nearby area beyond primary level during that time.This venture is aimed to provide a base to people who want to get familiar, study or experience the living in rural Himalayan village in its truest form. We assure to do our best in providing a comfortable stay to our guests however we expect cooperation from guests also as resources are limited and not readily available.We can also arrange for conducting various adventure activities and trekking expeditions on demand.

If smoking any durg use is noticed by the hotel management they are allowed to charge a fine up to 5000 rs and proceed an early check out.2. If any spoilage is found in the bed, bedsheet,pillow, towels with any kind of stain in it.
